Members of the Cameroon Industrialists’ Union (SYNDUSTRICAM) are hereby informed that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Union’s Statutes, the Executive Bureau, during its meeting held on May 22, 2025, decided to convene the Union’s General Assembly.
The Assembly will take place on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM sharp at Hotel Platinium-Cocotiers, Bonanjo – Douala
The approved agenda is structured around three key sessions:
PART I: Ordinary General Assembly
- President’s Moral Report
- Presentation of the 2024 Activity and Financial Reports
- 2025 Work Program and Provisional Budget
PART II: Extraordinary General Assembly
- Presentation of the Proposed Amendments to the Statutes
- Deliberations and Voting on Statutory Amendments
PART III: Special General Assembly
- Address by Mr. Achille BASSILEKIN III, Minister of SMEs, Social Economy and Handicrafts
- Discussions on Public Support Mechanisms for Small and Medium Industries (SMIs)
- Official Signing of the Partnership Agreement between MINPMEESA and SYNDUSTRICAM
The participation of Mr. Achille BASSILEKIN III, as guest of honor, will be a key highlight of this Assembly. It underscores the strategic importance of public-private dialogue and reaffirms SYNDUSTRICAM’s role as a leading actor in Cameroon’s industrial transformation.
